First of all, you need following things to solve boot loop,
1. Android phone with boot loop
2. Data cable
3. Adb minimal tool Download
4. Desktop or laptop with windows.
Download the adb minimal tool from XDA developers and install it in your windows PC.
Now connect your phone to the PC with data cable make sure your phone is in download mode if you can boot only on recovery mode then you are out of luck but wait if you have cwm 4+ recovery version installed then your are in.
- Now run the minimal ADB tool.
- A terminal will open on your windows, type "adb reboot" and press enter.
- Your phone will reboot automatically.
Above method didn't work? Or adb minimal tool says the device is offline? Then you didn't enabled developer option -> enable USB debugging. That's the problem!
Always have USB debugging option enabled so that you can do things to save your phone, it is a wise choice.
