Google I/O 2015 what to expect - Android M?

Google i/o is a two day event conducted by tech giant Google every year. Google i/o give insights about their future work and also about their latest developer product. Apart from this they conduct seminar like event explaining about their technologies and upcoming products.

Last year at Google i/o 2014 google has introduced Android lollipop to us along with material design. This year they have planned to introduce Android M! i don't know what they going to name the version. ArsTechnica has pointed it as Marshmallow. 

Android Marshmallow would be the next android version following by Android lollipop. But there are some chances for Android 5.2 instead of Android M. Whatever the version may be new technology will be delivered in this Google i/o edition.

Here are the some of expected features of the Android M

• Android Pay
• Improvement in Google hangouts
• Fingerprint API
• Increase in voice commands like "ok google"
• Privacy management with app required permissions (as like as in Android 4.3 edition)
• Making kid friendly environment
• Theme engine

Google i/o 2015 is also expected to announce about launching the Google Playstore in china.

Other features like password alternatives, Google photos instead of Google+, SkyBox, Chrome cast version 2 are going to make it in Google i/o 2015.

An operating system named "Brillo" based on Android which is used for internet related operations is going to be introduced on Google i/o 2015 edition. Recently this topic has been hit on Google trends.

Google i/o 2015 is going to take place on May 28 and 29 in San Francisco, United States. The registration for the event has been ended. However you can join the event via live stream on May 28. 

Google i/o 2015 android app is available on Google Play store, get the app now and get all the updates from the event.
