There is no changes in the boot animation of android M the boot animation used in android lollipop is used in android M so if you have android lollipop boot animation installed already you can keep that.To install android M on your android phone you must need root to get android m boot animation. - Now boot your device into recovery mode
- Select install zip and install the boot animation on your phone.

Google Now launcher is the launcher used in the android M developer preview. You can get that launcher from here. The installation is simple as installing normal application but make sure you have enabled allow installation from unknown source under settings.But if you have Kitkat 4.4.2 and below version like Jelly bean, Ginger Bread you can't install the original Android M launcher. It won't support lower android version. Don't get worry about it i have found a way to get android m style launcher on your phone, this launcher is developed by third party developer which will give you android M look to your phone.
Trust me i have used this launcher in my device (you can verify it on this video) and it has same ripple effects as like as in original android M launcher. To install this launcher go to Play store and search for M launcher or you can install from this link.
ANDROID M ICON PACK:
Since android M and android lollipop icons are same you can use the icon pack "Moonshine" to get android M style icons on your android device. This icon pack supports all popular apps and have high quality icons for almost all apps. Google play music app is the music player at android M as like as other android version phones. This play music app works fine on jellybean and up verison devices without any problem.The problem i found on this app the left side bar covers up whole screen including the header of the app when you press menu button at left top corner.

ANDROID M STATUS BAR:
You can get the status bar which will look like android M status bar. To get android M status bar on your android phone you must need root access.- Install Xposed installer and Xstana module
- Enable the xposed framework and Xstana module in xposed installer
- Now open the Xstana module and set the status bar as AOSP L
- Now click apply at bottom and reboot your device
